The Elite Operator 1.0 Performance Nutrition Course provides sport practitioners with hands-on, accelerated training in key areas of performance nutrition. Participants can register for individual course modules ($200 each) OR the whole course ($600 for 5 modules).

By the end of the module practitioners will understand the main physiological systems relevant to various training stimuli and be able to framework a periodized fueling system.

360 Hydration
This module will cover the evidence and practical application for comprehensive hydration assessment & sweat analysis with athletes. Participants will learn field based assessment techniques that they can use to develop comprehensive hydration protocols for their athletes. At the end of this session, the participants will understand the evidence, various methods and formal techniques for comprehensive hydration and sweat sodium assessment in their population.

Biomarkers Assessment
Sport professionals need objective data to help inform nutrition strategies and track changes with athletes over time. Biochemical tests, also referred to as biomarkers, provide an objective and quantitative assessment of an athlete’s current nutrition status or recent nutrient intake, and are especially useful to validate other assessment components such as dietary assessment.

Supplement Science
Sport professionals are often sought out to provide supplement recommendations for athletes. This module will outline key mechanisms and best practice protocols for the most used performance supplements in sport. Using a basic framework, practitioners will be introduced to fundamentals of how to make evidence-based decisions and recommendations.

Body Composition
This module will provide practical knowledge and insights that every practitioner involved body composition recommendations or management should be aware. Real life case studies of elite athletes provide a platform to understand best practice, the pros and cons of analysis tools and tracking real change. Practitioner experience and elite training will also share nuanced considerations that only years of experience in managing athletic body composition can provide.
