Course Description
Nutrition underpins every part of athletic performance; from training adaptations, to sleep, injury reduction and recovery. The Elite Operator Performance Nutrition Course provides sport practitioners with hands-on, accelerated training in key areas of performance nutrition. Participants will learn about current evidence and best practices to perform vital performance nutrition responsibilities in the daily training environment.
Course Pricing and Structure
Participants can register for individual course modules ($200 each) OR the whole course ($600 for 5 modules).
Continuing Education Credits
- Registered Dietitians: 3 CPUs per module (15 for whole course)
- Strength and Conditioning Coaches: 0.3 CEUs per module (1.5 for whole course)
- Certified Athletic Trainers: 3 CEUs per module (15 for whole course)

Participants will learn field based assessment techniques that they can use to develop comprehensive hydration protocols for their athletes. At the end of this session, the participants will understand the evidence, various methods and formal techniques for comprehensive hydration and sweat sodium assessment in their population.

Sport professionals need objective data to help inform nutrition strategies and track changes with athletes over time. Biochemical tests, also referred to as biomarkers, provide an objective and quantitative assessment of an athlete’s current nutrition status or recent nutrient intake, and are especially useful to validate other assessment components such as dietary assessment.
